LoanCare is a combination of advanced systems applied with personalized service. The following are LoanCare servicing technologies:
1. For Clients:
Dynamic LoanView: By activating and using this feature, you can view loans individually.
Client Reporting: Client Reporting is a web-based tool that will allow you to view loan information ranging in level from portfolio summary to loan level.
SFT – Secure File Transfer: SFT uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology and is the safest method of transmitting data via the Internet. Deploying SFT is easy, you simply register for a SFT account and within 24 hours an email confirmation will be sent by LoanCare indicating the account has been approved and setup.
2. For Borrowers:
MyLoanCare: MyLoanCare is LoanCare’s advanced borrower-facing website, where optionally, a client’s name and image can be branded on a fully private labeled website for borrowers to obtain loan information. The website offers easy-to-read screens featuring:
Unlike our competitors who must rely on their system vendors for this facility, MyLoanCare is proprietary and LoanCare has complete control over the design and implementation of your MyLoanCare site.
Home Retention: In addition to providing loan information, enabling the borrowers to make payments online, and a variety of other features, MyLoanCare also features a page entitled Home Retention which is another dynamic loss mitigation tool. This site appears as a tab on MyLoanCare and when activated it provides borrowers a multi-media presentation explaining loss mitigation and pre-foreclosure options. In a time when many distressed borrowers never contact their lenders, LoanCare’s Home Retention page provides a non-threatening way to reach them, create a dialog and exchange important information.
Monthly Billing Statements: LoanCare sends monthly billing statements to all borrowers (except those borrowers who order eStatements). The statements can be private labeled and contain much loan information: rate, balance, payment amounts, late charges, etc. You can place a banner ad or alert on the statement that can be changed from month to month.
Televoice: Borrowers can call LoanCare’s toll free number to access loan information via our Inbound Call Technology.
Call Monitoring: LoanCare has installed an Agent Evaluation System, which allows us to score the quality of customer service calls consistently. This information is managed by LoanCare’s Quality Control Unit and is available to all supervisors and managers.
LivePerson: LoanCare uses LivePerson to track borrower emails
3. For Employees:
LoanCare has a number of state-of-the art tools to assist our employees including: LPS Director, Aspect Predictive Dialer, NewInvoice, Desktop Faxing, New Global Language Interpreter, FileOnQ,, PACER and Choice Point and Lenstar. Details about these technologies are availble upon request.
