A way for borrowers to access loan information via the Internet.
Borrowers have access to important information about their
loans 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Borrowers will feel
a greater sense of control over their loan activities with
this feature.

unique private label program consistently keeps the client’s

LoanCare Servicing Transfer Team – This
feature is for clients who intend to transfer servicing but
do not have the time or the resources to get the project started.
LoanCare will create an action team and travel to a client’s
office to perform transfer duties on a contract basis.

directly. By giving our clients direct access to our managers,
we eliminate unnecessary handoffs between managers, ensure
all questions/issues are resolved the first time and ensure

many of the operational risks and headaches associated with
mortgage servicing exist in both servicing retained and release
programs, many of our clients engage us to subservice their
loans sold servicing released. This product/service is sometimes
called “Interim Servicing.”

Monthly Billing Statements and eStatements – We
send monthly billing statements to each borrower providing
a number of benefits over sending coupon books. For example,
statements contain valuable loan information for the borrower.
Also, a billboard ad appears at the center of each statement
designed to send customized messages to borrowers. In addition,
monthly statements have been known to enhance mortgage collections,
etc.

Quarterly Newsletters –
Once each quarter, LoanCare
produces and distributes a newsletter to our clients containing
information and news about the company, our staff and interesting
tidbits of information about the subservicing business.
