Servicing File Reviews

For buyers of servicing rights, LoanCare will conduct a post purchase review of designated documents to ensure there are no misrepresentations or inconsistencies.  We will deploy our experienced quality control team to conduct an independent third party review to:

• Ensure compliance with agency guidelines
• Avoid holdbacks when loans are sold
• Produce custom reports

LoanCare will also work the deficiencies that we identify in our review.  We price our services based upon the number of files to be reviewed, whether we are engaged to cure deficiencies, and the timing in which the client requires delivery.
