A good place to start is for LoanCare to contact you to discuss your servicing needs.  Simply submit an inquiry through our Contact Us page and one of our specialists will contact you to formally assess your needs. 

We will also send you a non-disclosure agreement and a brief questionnaire. Once the completed questionnaire is received, we will customize a servicing solution specifically designed to address your needs.

Upon your review and acceptance of the proposed fee schedule, we will send you our Subservicing Agreement.  When the terms are finalized and the agreement is signed, we can get started servicing your loans.

We understand that the subservicing transfer process can appear to be intimidating. Our goal is to simplify the process by working closely with you during the transfer period. We take the confusion and guess work out by creating and monitoring a comprehensive transfer action plan which lists all the required steps for a smooth transfer. The plan is followed precisely and the status of each step is reviewed periodically with you until the transfer is complete.
