LoanCare is proud to announce that our Chief Compliance Officer, Suzanne Szymoniak, has been honored as a 2025 Woman of Influence by HousingWire. This prestigious recognition celebrates Suzanne’s outstanding leadership, innovation, and impact within the mortgage servicing industry.

Since joining LoanCare in 2018, Suzanne has brought over a decade of legal, operational, and compliance expertise to our organization. Her approach to compliance is both strategic and practical—integrating complex regulatory requirements into everyday operations with clarity and precision. Under her leadership, LoanCare has expanded its policy and procedure library to over 1,000 documented items and implemented systems that enhance transparency for internal and client audits.

Suzanne’s influence extends beyond process improvements. She has strengthened our Risk and Control Self-Assessment program, aligned it with industry standards, and partnered with analytics teams to develop robust compliance reporting. Her forward-thinking leadership also led to the early adoption of the FHA Partial Claim Standalone program, positioning LoanCare ahead of industry timelines.

Beyond her technical achievements Suzanne is a mentor and advocate for growth, fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning. Her leadership style is grounded and respectful, making her a trusted guide for her team and a respected voice in the industry.

Suzanne’s contributions to industry-wide discussions, including her engagement with the Mortgage Bankers Association on regulatory updates like RESPA, further highlight her commitment to shaping the future of mortgage servicing.

We are incredibly proud of Suzanne and grateful for the excellence she brings to LoanCare every day. Read more about the 2025 HousingWire Women of Influence HERE.
