Subservicing is all we do. We do not compete with our clients for origination or refinancing business, nor do we own a servicing portfolio that could be a source of distraction.

LoanCare is approved and in good standing with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae and the Federal Home Loan Bank. We are also an approved Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veteran’s Administration (VA) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) servicer. LoanCare also subservices asset loans and securitizations for private investors.
We utilize the Black Knight Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP®) – the most widely used servicing platform in the industry, with over 35 million loans on the system. We also created and deploy a number of proprietary self-help technologies that provide our clients with transparency and the ability to easily access loan data and run customized reports. For borrowers, we make available the most advanced borrower-facing website in the industry, including mobile access to loan information from smartphones or tablets.
We also installed state-of-the-art technology throughout our operations facilities that enhance our service delivery to both clients and consumers. For our employees, we have meeting rooms equipped with smart boards, occupancy scheduling screens and flat-screen monitors. In addition, communication monitors are strategically placed throughout our operational work areas to display call volumes, call center performance and staff production.
