LoanCare employs a highly organized corporate governance structure that incorporates strict compliance practices and monthly quality assurance reviews that drive risk mitigation. Under the watchful eye of our board of senior management, our compliance group continually monitors corporate security policies and standards, new and pending laws that affect our industry, and regulatory compliance trends. The group closely monitors audit findings that assess adherence to compliance programs and provides recommendations for employee training program enhancements. The program includes:
