Customer Experience Specialist (Mortgage Call Center Representative) – Remote

  • Role: Assist homeowners with routine and complex inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve issues, explain mortgage processes, and ensure top-tier customer service.
  • Qualifications: High School Diploma (required), strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of call center experience and basic mortgage knowledge.

Mortgage Loan Counselor (Collections) – Remote

  • Role: Manage delinquent mortgage accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Responsibilities: Contact borrowers, offer loss mitigation options, maintain accurate records, and meet performance goals.
  • Qualifications: High School Diploma (required), 2+ years in collections or call center, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with mortgage servicing systems.
  • Preferred: Degree in Business/Finance, bilingual (Spanish), and knowledge of FHA/VA loans.
