Despite the challenges presented by a rapidly changing mortgage landscape, 2022 has been a strong year for LoanCare and rating agencies are taking notice. Continued investments in our systems, technology, and infrastructure have led to improved performance metrics across the organization. As such, and as a reflection of our effectively managed servicing operation, enterprise risk management (ERM) controls, and the expertise of our management and staff, Fitch Ratings recently upgraded LoanCare to a ratings score of RPS2+ in their RMBS Servicer Ratings.
In addition, enhancements to our self-service functionality, voice response unit (VRU), mobile and web applications have been very effective. The experience we are providing customers through interactions within their account or communications by phone, social media, and email have been awarded an A+ by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
We are also proud to report that the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has again awarded LoanCare Tier 1 Servicer status for Q3 2022. Maintaining Tier 1 status since 2013 is a direct reflection of our team and their dedication to consistently providing service beyond expectations to our clients and homeowners.
